(1) The customer agrees to comply with all laws and regulations, follow the instructions in the information and documents (e.g. operating instructions, manuals) provided by Mitsubishi Electric and to act in accordance with this information and documents.
(2) The customer (1) is further responsible for passing along all information to his own customers, including any downstream customers.
