Maintenance work on the MELCloud
NewsDear customers and users of our products,
today we are informing you about planned maintenance work on the MELCloud (private customers).
On March 18, 2025 from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm the MELCloud application will not be available.
What does that mean?
- It is not possible to operate the devices via the MELCloud.
- Set control commands, such as schedules, are not executed during maintenance.
- Control via Amazon Alexa & Google Home is not available during maintenance.
- It is not necessary to re-register the WiFi adapter.
